(together, the "Company"), will conduct the Contest in the Station's Designated
Market Area (as defined by Nielsen) substantially as described in these rules,
and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
1. Description of Contest/Participation
A. Dates of Contest
The Contest will begin on or about Januray 16, 2006 and end
on or about March 6, 2006.
B. How to Enter and Play:

Your e-mail address will be used to identify you. Log on to the Station's
website; click on the Bachelor Challenge icon and register by completing all the
required information including a valid US postal address and home phone number.
You can play every week during the course of the Contest, however you may only
enter one time each week.
Once registered, log-on and make your selection for the Bachelor contestant(s)
that will be eliminated from the show that week. Additionally, when you initially
register, you will be asked to pick a winner of The Bachelor. Episode picks must
be made prior to 6 PM Eastern on the day of the show. Players may alter their
picks up until the 6 PM Eastern on the day of the show. Please note that any episode
pick(s) left blank in any given week will be automatically entered as incorrect answer
and no points will be awarded. To avoid this you must pick every episode. If any
contestant on the show is disqualified and the player picked them to be eliminated, it
will be judged as a correct pick.

Points are the number of points they earn if the player guesses correctly as
to who is eliminated off the show, according to the show's rules. The point system is
based on the number of people on the show at the start of the episode. The
winner will be determined based on total points accumulated as of March 6, 2006.
2) In the event of a tie in total points accumulated by the player during the
Bachelor Challenge, we use the following criteria: When the player initially
registered for the game, they were asked to pick a winner for the Bachelor.
The player will be awarded 1 point per week as long as the contestant they picked
is still in the game. If a tie still exists in adding up the most accumulated
points, then a random drawing will be conducted to determine the winner.

Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 18-years old as

Station's Designated Market Area (as defined by Nielsen). Only one (1)
prize per household for the Contest within any thirty (30) day period. Employees
of the Company, the Contest's participating sponsors and their advertising
agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of
the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate
and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents,
children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by
current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or
other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household
whether or not related. In the event of a dispute about the identity of
any entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized
account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized
account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an
e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or
other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for
the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner

The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or

computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind,
including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online
entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any
website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online
entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage
to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from

5. Publicity; Use of Personal Information
By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant
the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs,

By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and
all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the

7. Taxes
Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available
information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to

is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes

decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair

fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying,
harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret
these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities
concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company's decisions concerning
such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is
affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind,
intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company,
the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other
decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All
decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive
any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any and all improprieties should
